The Hospitality Excellence Awards badge is a visual confirmation of guest-recognized excellence.
It may be displayed on official hotel communication materials, digital platforms, and promotional media in accordance with these guidelines.
These guidelines ensure that the Hospitality Excellence Awards remain credible, trusted, and distinct.
They protect both the integrity of the award and the establishments that proudly display it.
Awarded establishments may display the official Hospitality Excellence Awards badge by downloading the PNG version and linking it to the official Awards 2026 page.
No technical integration is required.

Use of the Official Award Badge
Awarded establishments are free to display the official Hospitality
The Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026 badge may be used in accordance with the official usage guidelines.
The badge:
- Confirms guest-recognized excellence, based on the quality of the experience as expressed by travelers
- May be displayed on websites and official communication materials of the awarded establishment
- Links back to the Hospitality Excellence Awards website for verification and contextual information
The award also grants authorization to the Hospitality Excellence Awards and their founding authority to promote the awarded establishment across their official communication channels, including editorial features, websites, digital publications, and promotional materials related to the Awards.
The award remains fully independent of any listing, membership, commercial partnership, or platform affiliation.
At any time, the awarded establishment may request the withdrawal of the award.
Upon simple written request, the badge usage will be discontinued and all references to the establishment will be removed from the Hospitality Excellence Awards’ official platforms and communication materials within a reasonable timeframe.
Designed to be Shared, Earned, and Trusted
Each establishment recognized by the Hospitality Excellence Awards is free to display the official award badge on its own website and communication channels.
This badge represents the primary and decentralized expression of the award, allowing travelers to identify recognized establishments directly on their own platforms, without intermediaries or centralized listings.
A significant number of award-winning properties may also be featured on Charme & Caractère, an independent hospitality network founded in 2016, dedicated to highlighting inspiring places and encouraging direct connections between travelers and hosts.
However, inclusion on Charme & Caractère is neither automatic nor required to receive or retain an award.
The Hospitality Excellence Awards remain fully independent from any listing, membership, or commercial platform.

The Hospitality Excellence Awards badge may be displayed on official digital and print communication materials of the awarded establishment, including websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, and promotional documents, provided it is used in its original form and in accordance with these guidelines.
The badge must always be presented as a confirmation of guest-recognized excellence and, when displayed online, should link back to the official Hospitality Excellence Awards website for verification and contextual information.
Awarded establishments are authorized to promote their recognition across all commercial and marketing channels, including digital, print, and editorial communications related to their activity, without prior approval, as long as the usage remains accurate and non-misleading.
The award remains independent of any listing, membership, commercial partnership, or platform affiliation.
At any time, an awarded establishment may request the withdrawal of the award and badge usage. Upon simple written request, all references to the establishment will be removed from the official Hospitality Excellence Awards platforms and communication materials within a reasonable timeframe.
