A Recognition Based on Guest Voices
The Hospitality Excellence Awards are not the result of applications, submissions, or juried panels.
They are granted exclusively through the collective voice of guests, based on reviews and feedback published on the leading online review platforms.
The jury is the travelers themselves.
Only establishments that demonstrate outstanding and consistent guest appreciation within their region are eligible for recognition.
A Decentralized Award
The Hospitality Excellence Awards deliberately operate without a centralized list of winners.
Recognition is expressed in a decentralized way:

The Hospitality Excellence Awards are founded and supported by Charme & Caractère and Cosy Places , an independent hospitality authority established in 2016.
A number of awarded establishments may also be featured on Charme & Caractère, which highlights inspiring places and encourages direct connections between travelers and hosts.
However:
